Lt. Col. JFR Jacob, former Governor of Punjab recognized Mr. Alamjit Singh Mann’s sincere efforts and exemplary service towards the public for no personal gain. He presented him with an award for the same.

It is easy to serve the public if you know that there is some monetary gain in it for you. However to do the same, and bear all the expenses from your own pocket, is not everybody’s cup of tea. The former Governor of Punjab was aware of the financial aspect of service to the public and acknowledged it publicly.
